Contract

Your order at our online shop FASHonROAD.com counts as an offer to purchase goods from us. 

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. This contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order (including delivery costs). .

Acceptance of your order will take place when we despatch the product(s) to you. Until we despatch the product(s), no contract will have been formed between us.

Prices

All prices exclude shipping costs. Sales Taxes are not included on basis of the "regulation for small entrepreneurs" and will not be added at the end of the order process. Prices are in EURO and are valid for the time in which the order is placed.

Payments

We accepts payments with credit cards or via Paypal.

All orders will be sent out 2-3 days after the payment has been received.

Delivery

We ship orders within Austria free of charge.

EURO 9,90.-  for shippings to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finnland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Rumania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech republic, Hungary und Cyprus 

Return Policy

We want all our customers to receive high quality products and be satisfied with their order.

If you are not satisfied with your product, return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund to following address:

When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchase, but not the original freight. All products must be returned in their original packaging.

We will not pay the freightcosts for the returns. The return sending must be arranged by yourself.

Warranty/Exclusions of Liability

The warranty period is two years from the time the goods are received.

FASHonROAD is only liable to you for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims for damages, regardless of the legal basis, to include unauthorized actions; they do not apply to any liability that may apply under the Product Liability Act, some other warranted characteristic or injury to life or limb.

Reservation of Ownership

Up to the complete payment the products remains our own.

Privacy

All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential. Your personal information will not be shared, circulated, nor modified in any way without your previous consent.

If you place an order with us, we request certain personal information. You must provide contact information and financial information, which we use to complete your order.

Applicable law

Only the Austrian law applies excluding the UN sales law.
